All Mālama Card merchants are tenants on Kamehameha Schools’ commercial properties. The income from these properties helps to fund Kamehameha Schools’ educational mission. In 2008, more than 44,000 learners — on three campuses and in communities from Kona to Kaua‘i — benefited from the educational legacy of our founder, Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop. In Hawaiian, the word mālama means to care for. By shopping with your Mālama Card, you are helping to care for our ‘ohana of commercial tenants as well as our students. |
